There are plenty of activities to arrange during your stay, including a mangrove river cruise, scuba diving, fishing or boat trips, jungle trekking with a survival course, and visiting the Rungus Cultural Museum. Try a day out in a local farm – rice planting, rubber tapping, foreshore seafood foraging, rice de-husking, collecting coconuts, and fishing with hand-nets. However, bear in mind that these activities are seasonal and dependent on the availability of the locals. If all of that sounds too stressful for you, massage and spa treatments are also available upon request.

The 6,000 sq foot Hibiscus Villa sleeps up to 8 persons (6+2) and boasts large open living spaces both inside and out. With an airy, open-plan style throughout, there is plenty of space for relaxing, dining, sleeping and swimming.
The focal point of the 2 acre property is the 18m infinity pool and guests can walk through the gardens to access its secluded white sandy beach.
Daily breakfast and first night’s meal included. Other meals can be self-catered for.
You will find a fully equipped kitchen in the villa. An in house chef is available from USD $20 per person (24 hours notice required). Drinking water, tea, coffee, milk and sugar are provided throughout. There are several restaurants at the nearby Tip of Borneo and in Kudat.
Villa Manager, daily maid service, fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning and ceiling fans, flat screen satellite TV and DVD players, swimming pool, paddling pool, cot and high chairs, sun loungers, barbeque pit, telephone line, complimentary IDD card for international calls, gateman. Note that Wi-Fi and mobile phone signal are not available at the villa.
Hibiscus Villa is in a secluded position within the Kudat Peninsula, about 170km northeast of Kota Kinabalu. The nearest town Kudat is a 30 minutes drive away, and the Tip of Borneo is a short 5 minutes drive.
Refundable Security Deposit: A USD$800 security deposit is required at the time of full payment. This will be refunded within two (2) weeks of your departure date provided there are no damages to the property or its contents.
